Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will support the production team by minimizing downtime and performing preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include inspections, repairs across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems; read manuals and schematics; document work orders; assist installation of new equipment; respond to emergencies;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience as a maintenance technician in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
• Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
