Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient maintenance of production machinery and plant facilities in compliance with policies and safety standards. The role reports to the Production Manager and involves coordinating maintenance staff, planning preventative maintenance, and supporting day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial maintenance (electrical/mechanical), strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical or mechanical field or related experience.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in-group settings.
• Strategic thinker.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and controls a preventative maintenance program for production equipment.
• Manages daily maintenance operations of the facility.
• Reports to the Production Manager and coordinates maintenance staff.
• On call to assist with maintenance needs and safety.
• Coordinates maintenance, electrical and mechanical activities and trains staff.
• Inspects jobs for workmanship and safety compliance.
• Offers staffing, training and discipline recommendations.
