Job summary

Top Gun Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC-based machinery, PLC-controlled systems, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to maximize uptime and reliability. Onsite work with strict safety practices and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled industrial equipment.
Hands-on experience with electrical systems from low voltage to 480V.
Experience with CNC equipment and FANUC robotics is preferred.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as Limble.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC-based production equipment and automated machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electromechanical systems.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and rotating equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and machine documentation.
Support equipment installation, production-line moves, and commissioning of new equipment.
Collaborate with engineering on equipment upgrades and reliability improvements.
Complete and document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
