Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform basic to intermediate maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. You will handle scheduled and unplanned work, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility support to ensure operational efficiency and workplace safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining CNC and manual machines, forklifts, AGVs, HVAC and electrical systems, and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical or moving vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and power tools.
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical problems on manufacturing equipment including CNC equipment.
• Reading and understanding electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Basic working knowledge of PLC ladder logic.
• Electrician skills including wiring, 3-phase power and component replacement.
• Proficient with electrical test and diagnostic equipment (volt meters, ammeters, AC drives).
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Manager Plus / MaintainX / eMaint / Flix / Limble.

Responsabilités

• Conduct scheduled and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Maintain and repair machinery such as CNC and manual tools, forklifts, AGVs, paint systems, robots, welders and air systems.
• Service facility systems including HVAC, lighting, sprinklers, plumbing and office fixtures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Record materials used and requisition parts using electronic devices.
• Assist with relocating and organizing production and office spaces.
• Support special projects directed by Maintenance or Plant Leadership.
• Adhere to safety procedures and 6S standards; maintain clean work environment.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage materials logistics.
