Job summary

TeamOetiker is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair production equipment across multiple lines. You will diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support continuous production with tooling changes and safety-first practices.

The role requires PLC knowledge and certifications, welding and machinery experience are a plus, and forklift/scissor-lift certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pneumatics, ladder logic, basic electrical systems and PLC operation.
• Welding and machinery experience is a plus.
• Forklift and scissor lift certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs various mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment failures and initiates repairs.
• Adjusts and replaces electrical sensors for proper operation of assembly machines.
• Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning on special runs to ensure reliability.
• Performs machine changeovers and replaces tooling as needed.
• Opens/closes facility and starts up/shuts down equipment.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals, drawings and schematics.
