Qualifications

• Overtime and on-site attendance required to meet production demands.
• Experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts and power tools.
• Intermediate ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical problems.
• Must be capable of reading electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Basic working knowledge of programmable ladder logic (PLC).
• Electrician skills including wiring practices and 3-phase power.
• Proficient with electrical test and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Manager Plus, MaintainX, eMaint, Flix, Limble.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Maintain and repair CNC and manual machine tools, forklifts, AGVs, and robots.
• Service HVAC, lighting, sprinkler systems, plumbing and office fixtures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Record materials used and requisition parts using electronic devices.
• Assist with relocating and organizing production and office spaces.
• Support special projects directed by Maintenance or Plant Leadership.
• Adhere to safety procedures and 6S standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage materials logistics.
• Ensure regular, reliable attendance.
