Zusammenfassung

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to perform basic to intermediate maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure with minimal supervision. The role covers scheduled and unplanned tasks, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility support to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and manual machines, forklifts, robotics, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing. Strong CMMS experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical or moving vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and power tools.
• Intermediate ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical problems on various manufacturing equipment including CNC equipment.
• Reading and understanding electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Basic working knowledge of PLCs.
• Electrical wiring practices, 3 phase power components and field sensors.
• Proficient with electrical testing/diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Manager Plus, MaintainX, eMaint, Flix, Limble.

Aufgaben

• Conduct scheduled and unplanned maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Maintain and repair CNC and manual machine tools, forklifts, AGVs, paint systems, robots and welders.
• Service facility systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing and office fixtures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Record materials used and requisition parts using electronic devices.
• Assist with relocating and organizing production and office spaces.
• Support special projects directed by Maintenance or Plant Leadership.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
