Job summary

OPW is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service production equipment, including CNC machines, hydraulics and pneumatics, to minimize downtime and support safety standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and control systems, performing preventative maintenance, calibration, and setup of new equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment while adhering to LEAN and safety procedures. 8-hour shifts with overtime as required; CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Electrical systems including hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
• Ability to read layouts, blueprints, manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on CNC and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and high voltage electrical systems.
• Read layouts, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and installation instructions.
• Maintain safety procedures and LEAN initiatives in daily work.
