Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated production equipment in a fast-paced beverage environment. You will perform predictive and preventative maintenance, interpret schematics, and work with 480VAC & 24VDC systems, PLCs, and motor drives.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, certification or higher within a technical field preferred
• 1 – 3 of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing. Experience in beverage or packaging is preferred
• Safe use of hand and power tools, welders, lifts, multi-meters, industrial shop equipment
• Read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams, and repair VFDs, servo motors & controllers, communication systems, PLC I/O cards, and safety modules
• Forklift experience is a plus (certification not required)
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, email and CMMS system

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Plant and Safety policies and PPE usage
• Ensure equipment meets safety standards and GMPs
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and plan predictive/preventative maintenance
• Participate in equipment upgrades or installations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and PM/work orders
• Coordinate maintenance with production to avoid disruptions
• Develop and update SOPs with team
• Assist leadership with process improvements and projects
