Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Shorter, AL. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems, support PM/PdM programs, and minimize downtime across conveyors, pumps, packaging lines, and filling systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, read electrical schematics, and are familiar with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Rockwell equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and safety best practices (LOTO).
• Experience with SAP/CMMS or similar maintenance systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production needs.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and projects.
