Job summary

Very Good Manufacturing seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain four high-speed beverage lines. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, trace circuits to dead sensors, and rebuild gearboxes as needed.

Log repairs in the CMMS and brief the incoming shift with clear notes. Applicants need 3+ years on production or packaging equipment, reading schematics, and safe lockout/tagout practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance on production or packaging equipment.
• Safe troubleshooting of live control circuits with multimeter; 480V 3-phase and 24VDC.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; follow lockout/tagout every time.
• Able to work first or second shift as production requires.
• Willing to learn and work around a gearbox and panel access.

Responsibilities

• Get stopped lines running again by finding faults, fixing them, and owning root causes.
• Repair electrical and mechanical issues on production lines and related utilities.
• Log what you fixed and parts used in the CMMS; brief the next shift with clear notes.
