Job summary

Alsco Maintenance Technician position within a modern automated laundry facility in Santa Rosa, CA. The role emphasizes preventative and specialized maintenance ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, with a focus on automation and control systems.

You will collaborate with plant leadership and use PM software daily to document repairs, diagnose and repair equipment, and maximize uptime while maintaining wastewater and power plant equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade training preferred.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electric schematics, low voltage troubleshooting, controls, steam/boiler operation, hydraulics, pneumatics, safety compliance (e.g. LOTO, hot work, confined space) wastewater treatment.
• Boiler operator license and wastewater certification preferred depending on state.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager and management to support facility operations.
• Use a computerized PM program daily to document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment with emphasis on automation and controls.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental requirements and wastewater regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
