Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and specialized maintenance of our laundry facility and equipment. This non-exempt, safety-sensitive role requires working with automation, control systems, and wastewater equipment to ensure reliable, compliant operations.

You will document repairs daily using a PM program, collaborate with plant personnel, and drive safe, cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; training in plumbing, electrical, steam, controls, PLC, welding, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager and Production Management to support facility operations.
• Use a computerized Preventive Maintenance (PM) program daily to document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment with emphasis on automation and control systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental requirements; support wastewater compliance and maintain records.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
