Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our automated laundry operations. You will perform preventative and specialized maintenance on facility equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, cost-effective operation of the plant and wastewater systems.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and Production teams, documenting repairs in a computerized PM system and focusing on automation and control systems to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical schematics and low voltage troubleshooting.
• Experience with controls, steam/boiler operation, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Strong safety compliance knowledge (LOTO, hot work, confined space) and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager and Production team to support facility operations.
• Use a computerized PM program daily to document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment focusing on automation and controls.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental requirements and recordkeeping.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
