Job summary
Kinston, NC-based Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and specialized maintenance for the facility and equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with plant teammates to optimize operations and support the wastewater treatment and power plant systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in plumbing, electrical, steam, controls, PLC, welding, and mechanical systems preferred.
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Production Management team, and other operational partners to support facility operations.
- Use a computerized Preventive Maintenance (PM) program daily to document repairs, complete maintenance activities, and respond promptly to equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment with emphasis on automation and control systems.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational requirements; support wastewater compliance and maintain computerized maintenance records.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
