Job summary

NT Window Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for completing work orders and performing required tasks, with a schedule from Monday through Friday, 5pm to 1:30am, with overtime as needed.

You will install and maintain production machines and plant facilities, diagnose problems, perform repairs, and carry out preventive maintenance. The role requires reading manuals, using tools, and adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience in window & door manufacturing or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform simple machinist duties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and repair.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
• Carry out plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Use hand/power tools, meters and material handling equipment.
• Detect faults and report issues to supervision.
• Follow safety regulations and keep work areas clean.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This schedule is Monday thru Friday from 5pm-130am with OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
