The role requires reading and interpreting documents, performing measurements with tape measures, and working overtime as needed to meet production goals, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience.
• Must be able to read and understand English for paperwork.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to read tape measures and other measurement devices.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety rules and permits; follow safety briefs and LO/TO requirements.
• Follow Arc Flash and electrical safety guidelines.
• Assist with PMs and general maintenance repairs under supervision.
• Lead LEAN manufacturing activities when required.
• Report hazards and support safety throughout the plant.
