Job summary

The position requires hands-on expertise with motors, PLCs, drives, and electrical schematics, aligning with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine controls.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and drive systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair situations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS and support continuous improvement.
