Job summary
Jobot is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the second shift to keep production equipment reliable, including automated, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will troubleshoot electrical/control issues and perform facility upkeep to minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate has hands-on welding/fabrication experience, PLC knowledge, and a safety-focused approach. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, in a stable manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of PLCs and control logic.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on second shift.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair production machinery, including automated, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues to ensure minimal production disruption.
- Perform facility maintenance including basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure and unplanned downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support installation and upkeep of equipment using welding and brazing tools.
