Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• PLC, automation, robotics, or mechatronics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Work with PLCs, automation, VFDs, motor controls, robotics, and HMI systems.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
• Assist with facility and utility maintenance.
• Follow LOTO and all safety procedures.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with production to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
