Job summary
Aerotek in Reading, PA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a stable manufacturing facility. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and support production and facility projects.
Two shifts are offered: 2nd shift 3PM–11PM or 3rd shift 11PM–7AM, with training on 1st shift. This direct-hire role offers benefits from Day 1, 401(k) with company contribution, overtime opportunities, and
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with industrial maintenance or technical maintenance schooling.
- Electrical experience with 3-phase / 480V systems.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Repair and maintain production machinery.
- Assist with facility maintenance projects.
- Cross-train in maintenance and roll grinding operations.
