Job summary
Aerotek is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for its Reading, PA facility. This permanent onsite role supports 2nd and 3rd shifts, with every other weekend on 1st shift, to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and determine repair strategies.
- Proven capability to troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
- Experience working with high-voltage electrical systems (480V).
Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace components to ensure safe operation.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to locate issues.
- Troubleshoot PLCs to resolve control and automation problems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to extend equipment life.
