Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for full-time, on-site roles in Twinsburg, OH. The ideal candidate will handle 2nd/3rd shift maintenance on automated manufacturing cells, supporting die-casting and robotic systems with PLC and electrical troubleshooting.

Candidates must have 4+ years of related experience, strong AC/DC electrical knowledge, and hands-on expertise with ABB robotics and Allen-Bradley PLCs. Overtime and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 48 months / 4 years of related industrial maintenance experience required.
Hands-on troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical/electrical/electronic malfunctions in manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and robot cells to prevent recurring failures.
Install, align, and maintain production equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
Read electrical and hydraulic schematics and interpret control circuits.
Work on ABB robotic cells and modify robot positions as needed.
