Job summary

Full Circle is seeking several experienced Maintenance Technicians to work the following shifts: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM); 3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday (11:00 PM -7:00 AM). Estimated Hours Worked per Week: 50-60.

Perform a wide variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance work of a skilled and complex nature. Installs, repairs, and maintains manufacturing equipment and plant facilities necessary for satisfactory operation of equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Education: technical or vocational certificates or some college courses.
• 48 months of related experience in Allen Bradley, hydraulics, robotics and welding.
• Maintenance Technician A level proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLCs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and determine repairs.
• Interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix for troubleshooting faults.
• Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
• Install, move, and align equipment and run machine shop setups with accuracy.
• Weld using gas and electric processes and maintain clean work area.
• Complete repair records and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision or team leader.

Position Description

Perform a wide variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance work of a skilled and complex nature. Installs, repairs, and maintains manufacturing equipment and plant facilities necessary for satisfactory operation of equipment and processes. This position is moderately physical.

Principal Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating difficulties. Determines repair procedures and implements those repairs that will be effective in preventing reoccurrence.
• Can navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for the purpose of troubleshooting equipment faults.
• Can modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
• Installs, moves, and aligns new and existing equipment.
• Sets up and operates various types of machine shop equipment with a moderate degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Performs both gas and electric welding operations.
• Completes related machine repair records, performs associated handling duties, and maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Performs all necessary preventive and proactive tasks on plant equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervision and/or designated team leader.

• A Maintenance Technician “A” level must be proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLC’s and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
