Job summary
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Maintenance Associate II for a full-time third-shift position in Bellefontaine, Ohio. The role covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, with hands-on troubleshooting and proactive maintenance responsibilities.
This on-site position requires independent work, strict adherence to safety practices, and ability to train other maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience maintaining production equipment and troubleshooting diverse systems is REQUIRED.
- Ability to read blueprints, maintenance manuals, drawings, and sketches is REQUIRED.
- Proficiency with lockout/tagout and machine guarding safety practices is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production machinery and equipment.
- Install and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Develop and perform scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
- Develop and perform predictive maintenance activities.
- Train and support other maintenance associates.
