Job summary

Belleville Boot Company is seeking Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Belleville, IL. Responsibilities include maintaining polyurethane injection machines, performing preventive maintenance, and handling repairs and building upkeep.

Strong mechanical and electrical experience is required, with PLCs/DC drives knowledge being a plus. Shifts offered are Early Morning Split (3:00 AM–11:30 AM) and Mid-Shift (11:00 AM–7:30 PM) Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanical & electrical experience required.
• Polyurethane injection molding experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic components required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings required.
• Knowledge of PLCs and DC Drives.
• Welding steel and aluminum a plus.
• Prior experience working on industrial sewing machines is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience or a combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of polyurethane injection machines and other equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Handle general building maintenance tasks as required.
