Job summary

Acloché LLC in Mendota, IL is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II or III for the plant. You will troubleshoot production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and lead minor repair work to maximize uptime.

You’ll work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and PLC I/O, plus servo drives. The role includes 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am) with overtime and Sunday–Thursday scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and controls.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and electrical safety standards.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and their controls (DC/AC motors, drives, etc.).
• Support PM scheduling and CMMS work orders to maintain uptime.
• Order parts and coordinate repairs with vendors as needed.
• Work with Production staff to ensure safe, reliable operation.
