Job summary

Belleville Boot Company is seeking Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Belleville, IL. Responsibilities include maintaining polyurethane injection machines, performing preventive maintenance, and handling repairs and building upkeep.

Strong mechanical and electrical experience is required, with PLCs/DC drives knowledge being a plus. Shifts offered are Early Morning Split (3:00 AM–11:30 AM) and Mid-Shift (11:00 AM–7:30 PM) Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings required.
• Knowledge of PLCs and DC Drives.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience or a combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Belleville Boot Company has an opportunity for Maintenance Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift who will be responsible for the maintenance of polyurethane injection machines and other equipment including preventive maintenance, unexpected repairs and some general building maintenance.

The work hours for this position are either:

Early Morning Split Shift: 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM, Monday - Friday.

Mid-Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Saturday work for both shifts would vary depending on need.

Candidate must be flexible to work beyond normal shift with short notice and may be required to change shift periodically.

The hourly rate will be commensurate with experience, starting at $18.00 per hour. Higher starting rates may be offered to candidates with demonstrated relevant experience.
