Job summary

Randstad USA in Griffin, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 1st-shift manufacturing team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial production machinery and facility systems in rubber molding and plastic injection molding environments to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures, and support safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrics.
• Experience working around heavy production machinery.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures on factory machinery and molding equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections, servicing, and routine maintenance to minimize unexpected equipment downtime.
• Facility Maintenance: Support general plant infrastructure, utility systems, and production lines.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $34.00 – $38.00/hr (Based on Experience) + Full Benefits Package

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 1st-shift manufacturing team in Griffin, GA. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery and facility systems within a rubber molding and plastic injection molding environment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures on factory machinery and molding equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:4+ years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Technical Skills: strong proficiency in mechanical systems, industrial electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Core Competencies: Solid problem‑solving ability, electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience working around heavy production machinery.
