Pay: $35.00- 40/hr (DOE) | Environment: Clean & Climate-Controlled

Position Overview We are looking for an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician for 1st shift. You will be using deep technical expertise to troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on injection molding machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Maintenance: Root-cause diagnose and repair molding machines, hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and auxiliary gear.
• Electrical & Controls: Read electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and blueprints to resolve power, wiring, and sensor issues.
• PM & Operations: Execute preventative maintenance schedules, log work orders, and maintain high machine uptime.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with production to resolve machine issues, optimize automation, and mentor junior tech staff.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5years hands-on injection molding maintenance experience (preferred).
• Technical: Solidbackground in schematics, hydraulics, mechanical repairs, and custom welding/fabrication.
• Automation: Direct experience with molding robotics (preferred)
• Mindset: Positive attitude, work ethic, self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Mechanical & Hydraulic Diagnostics: Perform root-cause troubleshooting and complex repairs on injection molding machinery, hydraulic circuits, valves, pumps, and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Electrical Troubleshooting & Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and engineering blueprints to diagnose electrical system failures, control panel issues, and sensor malfunctions.
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Lead routine maintenance schedules, monitor equipment health, document machine histories, and log work orders accurately to maximize machine efficiency and uptime.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Ensure all work adheres strictly to OSHA standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and internal safety policies while maintaining an organized and safe work area.
