Job summary

Randstad USA seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to repair heavy machinery, perform mechanical teardowns, and rebuild high-tolerance equipment to OEM standards.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in heavy manufacturing, knowledge of drive trains, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical safety. Physical stamina is needed to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended shifts, including weekends and overtime where required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a heavy manufacturing, processing, or production plant.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical drive trains, power transmission systems, gearing, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Basic understanding of motor controls and electrical safety (LOTO, 480V disconnects).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight machinery spaces, climb ladders/scaffolding, and stand for extended periods.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who specializes in heavy machinery repair, mechanical teardowns, and high-tolerance equipment rebuilds. Unlike general facility maintenance, this role is dedicated to keeping our production equipment, mechanical drive systems, and heavy plant machinery running at peak performance.

If you excel at taking complex machinery apart, diagnosing the root cause of mechanical failure, and rebuilding systems back to precise OEM standards, this is the position for you.

salary: $58,240 - $72,800 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a heavy manufacturing, processing, or production plant.
• Mechanical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of mechanical drive trains, power transmission systems, gearing, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
