Randstad USA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a safety-first, high-performing manufacturing team. You will maintain extrusion and injection molding equipment, perform PMs, participate in changeovers, and repair parts to keep operations running smoothly.

The role operates on a 12-hour night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) with a 3-2-2-3 schedule, pays $62,400–$68,640 per year, and requires a High School diploma with 3+ years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 years of maintenance experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with extrusion and injection molding equipment preferred.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

These position requires 3rd Shift Schedule Availability: Ability to work a 12-hour (3-2-2-3) night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM).

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform industrial maintenance for extrusion and injection molding manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Changeovers: Participate in equipment changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution.
• Parts Repair: Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed.
• Compliance: Assure strict compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Continuous Learning: Expand your expertise through formal training and hands-on experience, including new equipment installations and modification projects.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 75lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
