Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Miami, FL manufacturing facility to keep the production floor running at peak performance. The role focuses on preventive maintenance of injection molding machinery and rapid response to equipment issues.

Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience, a High School diploma, and hands-on skills in electronic and mechanical maintenance, with daily 8 AM–4 PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding equipment and manufacturing processes.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine PM and emergency repairs on injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions including robots, blenders, chillers, and drying systems.
• Set up, tear down, and modify production molds and auxiliary equipment to meet schedules.
• Respond promptly to floor calls to minimize downtime and optimize cycle times.
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in CMMS.

salary: $50,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs on injection molding machines (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, including robots, material blenders, chillers, and drying systems.
• Set up, tear down, and modify production molds and auxiliary equipment to meet strict production schedules.
• Respond promptly to floor calls to minimize production downtime and optimize cycle times.
• Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in the company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
