Opportunity: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Are you a master of mechanics with a taste for the spirits industry? Brown-Forman is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our distillery and bottling operations running smoothly!

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay ranging from $31.47 to $34.97 plus shift differential ($.40 2nd Shift, $.50 3rd Shift)
• Distillery Shift: 2nd - 3:00pm to 11:00pm | 3rd 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Bottling Shift: 2nd - 2:30pm to 11:00pm | 3rd 10:30pm - 7:00am

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/machinist in process manufacturing
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Skills in machine shop equipment, welding techniques, and metal fabrication
• Experience with preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications
• Ability to thread and install various types of pipes
• Computer skills for digital maintenance management
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift and carry 80 pounds
• Commitment to safety, PPE use, and LOTO procedures
• Must be 21+ and pass necessary screenings and tests

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in welding (Shielded metal, Arc, Oxyacetylene, Heliarc, Mig)
• Experience with packaging line and material handling equipment repairs
• Proficiency operating forklifts, man lifts, and other machinery
• Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders
• Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, motors, valves, and hydraulic systems
