We are seeking an experienced Bekum Machine Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing Bekum blow molding machines. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Bekum machines and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Install, maintain, and repair Bekum blow molding machines.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize machine performance to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide training and support to production staff on machine operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless machine operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, adjust, and repair related equipment such as blow molds, trimmers, and palletizers.
• Perform mold, neck tooling, pin, and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
• Maintain machines in optimal condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers, and support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines.
• Communicate regularly with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Bekum blow molding machines.
• Advanced mathematical skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Five or more years of machine operator experience.

Education:

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

Possible OSHA forklift certification.

Training:

Completion of Altium Industrial Maintenance Technician II training.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand, walk, handle, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and temperature fluctuations. PPE required.
