Job Purpose: We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our high-volume manufacturing plant. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems, perform welding and machining, and read technical prints. Safety-focused, you’ll follow NFPA-70E, ARC-flash, and company policies, using tools like volt/amp meters and calipers to keep equipment running.
Responsibilities include: completing work orders and PMs, collaborating with teams, tracking work via computer programs, and maintaining an organized workspace. We need someone with strong technical and problem-solving skills, ready to work OT or weekends as needed.
Key Qualifications:
Candidates must have industrial and manufacturing maintenance experience, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, electronics, PLCs, machining, welding, power transmission, steam, boiler systems, lubrication, prints/manuals, and preventive/predictive maintenance. Requirements include excellent verbal communication, a strong safety and attendance record, and the ability to follow directions. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours (including overtime and alternative shifts when needed), tolerate varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, noise, dust), wear required PPE (e.g., safety shoes, glasses, gloves), and meet the demands of a fast-paced production line. The role demands teamwork and independent work, with a willingness to cross-train across technical areas.
