Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year technical certificate in Mechanics and Electronics with two years of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of fluid power, industrial electricity, PLCs, welding, robotics, and rigging.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance, safety regulations, and plant operations.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and attend off-site training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all production equipment in the assigned area.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, and HVAC systems.
• Dismantle and replace defective components; follow safety procedures and codes.
• Complete work orders accurately and document completion details.
• Maintain part inventories and support process improvements with operators.
