This position is responsible for performing a variety of advanced mechanical maintenance services to support the plant facility. The role requires a proactive approach to prevent repairs, install, replace and troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment and distribution systems with minimal supervision. The employee will use hand tools and testing instruments, dismantle machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, and inspect completed work for conformance with local building and safety codes.

Physical Demands: This position requires sitting and climbing or balancing for up to one‑third of the time; walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for one‑third to two‑thirds of the time; standing, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing over two‑thirds of the time. The employee must be able to lift weights ranging from 10 to more than 100 pounds for up to one‑third of the time.
