Job summary
Bob Evans Farms, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment. The role requires reading schematics, troubleshooting PLCs, robotics, and supporting infrastructure while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or two-year technical certificate in Mechanics and Electronics preferred.
- Two years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, robotics, PLCs, welding.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and reading schematics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all production equipment in assigned area.
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance including PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, HVAC, welding.
- Document work orders and maintain inventories.
- Collaborate with operators to identify process improvements.
- Work safely and follow company policies.
- Attend off-site training as needed.
