Qualifications

• CFM certification preferred.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnoses Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking System-related errors and repairs them.
• Oversee maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of materials handling equipment controls.
• Assess efficiency of materials handling equipment and define necessary modifications.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to sustain productivity in warehouse operations.
• Escort contractors for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain CMMS/EAM records of repairs and equipment status.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
