Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of facilities/industrial maintenance experience.
- CFM certification or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes preventive maintenance plans for facility equipment and systems.
- Diagnoses and repairs Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking System components.
- Oversees maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of control systems.
- Assesses equipment efficiency and recommends modifications to improve systems.
- Maintains CMMS/EAM entries for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Coordinates contractor work and manages spare parts inventory.
