Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Columbus, IN, 47201. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pnuematic issues.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
