Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and ensure productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with production staff to address maintenance needs and optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Install new equipment and assist in the setup and calibration of machinery.
