Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring seamless operation of production equipment through electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance. The role involves collaborating with various teams, developing innovative solutions, maintaining equipment, and staying updated on emerging technologies. Minimal supervision is required.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance; troubleshoot and repair equipment; develop preventive maintenance programs; service equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards; monitor machine operation.
  2. Control Systems and Integration: Maintain electrical control systems; interpret schematics and PLC logic; program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
  3. Project Participation: Engage in machine modifications, capital projects, and control system upgrades; stay updated on new technologies; execute maintenance work and process improvements.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure machinery and facilities comply with safety codes (OSHA, NEC, NFPA); follow safe work practices and company policies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma with 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and PLC programming.
  • Experience with hand tools, electronic test equipment, soldering, and welding.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and elevated platforms.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a safety-conscious work history.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Manufacturing environment with occasional outdoor work. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and moving throughout the plant facilities.
