Job summary

TS Conductor Corp. is seeking a Maintenance and PLC Technician to perform daily preventative maintenance on robotics, PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems, and support facility maintenance. You will troubleshoot breakdowns to reduce downtime, install and calibrate PLCs, and collaborate with engineering on upgrades.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and leadership abilities. This on-site role offers growth and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance and PLC Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing electrical systems including PLC inverters.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to pass e-Verify background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on robotics, PLCs, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Install and test PLC inverters and calibrate machines.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to implement upgrades.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts.
• Support facility maintenance and expansion projects.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members.
