Ready Foods in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address a variety of equipment challenges in our industrial food facility. The role performs self-directed or team-based repairs with minimal supervision across the campus.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, pneumatics and hydraulics, electrical pumps, motors, and conveyors; performing preventative maintenance; and supporting robotics with calibration and testing to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Formación

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Flexible on duties and schedule.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work at heights with fall protection.
• Able to bend and manipulate tools in small spaces.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair minor pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical pumps, motors, heaters, piping, water, and steam systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain general manufacturing equipment (starters, start/stop stations, motors up to 480V).
• Work with programmable firmware, AC/DC electrical systems, analog/digital displays.
• Test performance of robotic assemblies and evaluate robotic system efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical problems using blueprints and manuals.
• Other duties as assigned.
