Job summary

Masis Professional Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Malden, MA to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, conveyors, and control panels, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, reading schematics, logging work in CMMS, and assisting with installations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience with electromechanical focus.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V), PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and on rotating shifts.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, conveyors, and control panels, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and fix equipment malfunctions including PLCs and sensors.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Log all maintenance work in CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installation and upgrades.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and safety compliance.
