Job summary

Ready Foods, Inc. in Denver seeks an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair equipment across all shifts in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will diagnose electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, test robotic assemblies, and work with minimal supervision. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and readiness to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexible on duties and schedule.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform work at heights with fall protection gear.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and related control systems.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
• Install, maintain, and repair pumps, motors, heaters, piping, water and steam systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on general manufacturing equipment.
• Test performance of robotic assemblies and reprogram/calibrate as needed.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical problems using manuals and parts catalogs.
