Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery in a high-speed food manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of multi-craft industrial technician experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical cert/degree preferred.
• 3–5 years as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiar with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs; flexibility for hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and urgent maintenance of production machinery and equipment ( MT 1 ).
• Prioritize downtime issues to meet production needs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with timing and PLCs.
• Communicate with departments and attend on-site meetings; assist with equipment installation.
