Qualifications

• Two-year certificate or two years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, especially with packaging equipment, is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Electrical safety training and PLC troubleshooting is essential.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to minimize production disruptions.
• Perform scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance per established protocols.
• Assist operations with machine setup and optimization to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform tasks accurately.
• Maintain equipment and document repairs and PMs for traceability.
